PACKAGING PRINTS & REPRODUCTIONS   

All prints and reproductions are done, prepared, framed, and shipped by the printing company Bay Photo. The packaging is therefore subjected to their own guidelines. They are based in Scotts Valley, CA, US.

Shipping is available in the US and Canada. The fees will be added at the end of the checkout process.

For international shipping, please contact us before you purchase. We will give you a shipping quote according to your destination and a delivery time estimate.

Delivery delay

All orders are subject to Bay Photo’s current backlog. For print only orders, the turnaround is 1-2 days plus shipping. For framed or matted images, the production time is usually 3-5 days, again plus shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

In most US cities, estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after the order has left Bay Photo.

If a large image needs to be sent in a wooden crate, add a few extra days for the crate to be built.
 

 

Insurance

We and Bay Photo guarantee all products and will replace any that are damaged in transit.

All prints and reproductions are done, prepared and shipped by the company Bay Photo. The shipping is therefore subject to their own guidelines. They ship in the United States and Canada only. They are based in Scotts Valley, CA, US.

RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prints and reproductions

All prints and reproductions are done, prepared, and shipped by the company, Bay Photo. An order can be cancelled and refunded only if the order has not gone into production. Therefore, you have to contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order.

Also, upon receiving your order, if there is a problem with the quality of the material or if there is a defect, the artwork will be replaced or fixed.

Once the order is in process, we cannot accept returns for any pieces that have been matted, framed, or customized in any way. We will accept returns for prints only if they are returned to us within 5 days of receipt. Before returning these, please contact us so we can give you a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for returning these to us, undamaged, in the original packaging. All returns must have a tracking number sent to us so we can ensure that the shipment reaches us. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

PLEASE USE THE VARIOUS VISUALIZATION TOOLS AVAILABLE TO ENSURE THAT THE ARTWORK MEETS YOUR NEEDS. THESE INCLUDE THE WALL VIEW TOOLS AND THE AUGMENTED REALITY TOOLS. These will ensure that what you receive will enhance your living space and be a joy. If you have any questions about how to use these tools, please feel free to contact us.

DAMAGED ARTWORK UPON DELIVERY

Although rare, if you receive a damaged package, please be sure to keep the box and all the package wrapping material for the insurance process. The damage might just be external and the piece might be okay. Before opening the package, we suggest you take a picture of the damaged box. Then after opening the box, take a picture of the foam sheets if any. Do the same with the bubble wrap. If you notice any damage to the piece itself, please be sure to take some pictures. Some insurance company will want to see the box and wrapping material while others will want to see pictures. To summarize, it is highly recommended to:

  • Take pictures of the box and packaging that has been damaged
  • Take pictures of the damaged piece
  • Keep the box and all the wrapping material
  • Send us all the pictures taken

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll give you instructions. If the piece needs to go back to Bay Photo, there will be no shipping charges.
