Northern California Vineyards

One of the joys of moving to northern California in 1996 was the discovery of all the vineyards. Since we live in Los Gatos at the foot of the Santa Cruz mountains, there are vineyards within a few minutes drive as well as the renowned vineyards of Napa and Sonoma north of San Francisco. For my first open studio in the spring of 1997, I let the beautiful vistas of the vineyards and their vines provide my inspiration. And as an added benefit you could drink some of your research!
